If you have never been to the office, some follow up information will be requested by email but once you are enrolled the process will be convenient and easy.

Enrollment may take 24 business hours. If you are not currently enrolled in the system and need to get in ASAP, we suggest you call the office at (989) 224-8228.

Dr. Dickenson and Dr. Massa do not go back and forth between patients; if you choose to switch doctors it will be treated as a new patient visit with an exam and the associated new patient exam fee.

If you are new to the office or have not been in to see the doctors for more than 3 years, a New Patient Exam must be performed.
